Orders that are received before 1pm are typically dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

In the unusual situation that an item is out of stock we will ring to inform you of the expected delivery time to check that this is acceptable.

 

We accept payment by cheque, postal order, bank draft, credit card or debit card. We will not charge your credit card until your goods are ready for dispatch.

 

 

We are happy to refund your purchase in full if the item is not acceptable provided that it is returned in perfect condition with all tags still intact and within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of postage except in the case of faulty products.
