Returns Policy

We are happy to refund your purchase in full if the item is not acceptable provided that it is returned in perfect condition with all tags still intact and within 14 days of receipt for Beach Wetsuits and 30 days of receipt for all other items. As returned parcels are your responsibility until they arrive safely with us, we recommend that you send them by traceable post. Please note: we do not refund the cost of returning the parcel to us. Exchanges
 
Items for exchange should be returned within 30 days in perfect condition with all tags still intact (excluding wetsuits which must be returned within 14 days of receipt). We will send out the replacement item free of charge (within Ireland), however you are responsible for the cost of returning the original item to us. As items for exchange are your responsibility until they arrive safely with us, so we recommend that you send them by traceable post. Availability
 
In the unusual situation that an item is out of stock we will ring to inform you of the expected delivery time to check that this is acceptable.

Privacy Policy 

We respect your privacy.

We do not share your information with outside parties.

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to process and ship that order.

We use your email address to send your order and dispatch confirmation and / or to contact you in case of order query. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are never shared with outside parties.

We use your billing contact phone number to contact you in case of any query on your order. The shipping contact number is detailed on the delivery address label to facilitate the speedy delivery of your order. An Post may contact you on this number if you are not present at your address when delivery is attempted so that an alternative location or time can be arranged to deliver your order. If you would prefer for us to omit your contact number from the delivery label please contact us prior to dispatch of your order.  

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

When you order online, we never have access to your credit card information and we do not store your credit card details anywhere on the PuddleDucks web server.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order anytime before 1 p.m. Irish time following the time the order was placed. To cancel an order, please call us at 021 – 4372917 (within Ireland) or +353 21 4372917 (from outside Ireland). Please quote your name and order number. If you cancel your order, your payment will be refunded in full. After this time your merchandise will ship as ordered and must be received by you and returned to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Contract
 
Please consider your online purchase order accepted by PuddleDucks only when you receive a confirmation email from us. By placing an order with PuddleDucks you are confirming that you have agreed to our terms and conditions.

Customs Charges

Delivery to countries outside the EU: Customs procedures are dependent on the local laws and regulations in the destination country. It is our responsibility to declare the value of the order on the customs declaration on the outside of the parcel. Any possible customs charges, taxes or handling fees upon arrival at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are outside our control.
 
Faulty Products
 
Manufacturing faults in our products are extremely rare (we mean extremely, extremely rare!) but they can occur. If you do discover a fault, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue. We will be delighted to offer a replacement item or full refund.
