The sizes are unisex which makes them a standard fit for men but a generous fit for women.  Our size guideline for this jacket for women is as follows:-

 

X Small 8-10

Small: 10-12

Medium: 12-14

Large: 14-16

XL: 16-18

 

This size guide is designed to allow room for layers in winter without being too loose when worn with a t-shirt in summer.
