Your shipping confirmation email has the tracking number of your parcel and you can look up the tracking on the An Post website. If you follow our link to An Post you can then put in your tracking number. If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us as soon as you can. An Post Live Tracking - We send your shipping email as soon your package has been collected by An Post. However, the An Post tracking information will not update until your parcel has been scanned through the Portlaoise Sorting Office, which may take 2 days.
