All of our orders are sent using A Post Express Post. Delivery is currently taking around 2-3 working days after dispatch but may take longer and we cannot guarantee delivery times. You will receive an An Post delivery notification by phone and / or by email.
Your shipping confirmation email has the tracking number of your parcel and you can look up the tracking on the An Post website. If you follow our link to An Post you can then put in your tracking number. If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us as soon as you can. If you need any further help please let us know.
Please note:
An Post Live Tracking - We send your shipping email as soon your package has been collected by An Post. However, the An Post tracking information will not update until your parcel has been scanned through the Portlaoise Sorting Office, which may take 2 days. Until then, the An Post website will show an inaccurate message stating that An Post have not yet received your parcel. We apologise for any confusion this misleading statement may cause.
