Terms and Conditions for Schools and Group Bulk Orders:
For orders made by phone / email outside of our website, once the order is confirmed and prices are agreed, a legal contract is deemed to have taken place and the purchaser agrees that payment for the order will be made within the agreed timeframe which is normally 14 days from the invoice date.
Items that have been specially ordered in bulk and items that are outside our normal range of stock cannot be returned or exchanged. Any amendments to the order are at our discretion and must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
