Returns
For returns, please contact us first to make us aware of the return prior to sending it back to us.
We will refund the cost of any returned items in full if they are not acceptable provided that they are returned in perfect condition with all tags still intact and within 30 days of receipt. As returned parcels are your responsibility until they arrive safely with us, we recommend that you send them by traceable post. Please note: we do not refund the cost of returning the parcel to us. Customers in Ireland can use the An Post "Click & Post" service to send their item back to us. This is the cheapest traceable way to return your item and costs €4.95.
Ear Defenders: These must returned in their original un-opened packing for refund or exchange.

Exchanges (within Ireland)

Items for exchange should be returned within 30 days in perfect condition with all tags still intact. We will send out the replacement item free of charge (within Ireland), however you are responsible for the cost of returning the original item to us.
