How quickly will my order be sent?
Any orders received before 1pm on a normal working day will be dispatched the same day. If you order after 1pm it will be sent the next working day.
Where can I find help with sizing?
Please check the Guide to Sizes at the left of the home page. If still not sure, please call us on 021 4372917 or email us at info@puddleducks.ie. We are always delighted to help with any queries you may have.
What should I do if I want to change the size of an item I have purchased?
Please return the item to us and we will send out the new required size. We do not charge for postage to send out the new item. Just keep the clothes clean and all labels still attached. Return the clothes to us by traceable parcel post (not registered). Please add a note to let us know the new size that you require.
Do you have a shop?
We don't have a shop - we are exclusively an online business. However, you are welcome to call to us to collect online orders or to check sizing. - please call us first on 021-4372917 and we can arrange a suitable time.
Do you manufacture the clothes you sell?
No we don't manufacture. We rely on specialist waterproof clothing manufacturers to supply the best quality products to you.
What are your opening hours?
We don't have a shop but you are very welcome to call to our office in Carrigaline by prior appointment, to collect online orders or to check sizing. Please call us on 021 4372917 to arrange a time.

Great wellies. Very lightweight, but seem durable and good quality and my son’s feet are warm after wearing them in cold weather. Outer boot cleans really easily. Great service and good experience collecting directly!
