Can’t say enough about this business, once they saw there was a delay in delivery, they sent a replacement item straight away of their own volition to make sure we received our ear defenders before our flight! Excellent customer service plus our 5 month old baby barely even noticed the ear defenders! 10/10 recommend!
Great product. Keeps baby warm and dry when crawling outside. Definitely big fitting. It's still very long (but functional) on my 8 month old.
Having tried and tested lots of different waterproofs for kids nothing comes close to the sets sold by puddle ducks. In addition to looking great they are so durable, very waterproof and super comfy too! Worth every penny!
Really impressed with the quality of the product and the fantastic customer service. Suzanne phoned after receiving my order to ensure the size would be right and her recommendation to size down was spot on as the trousers fit my daughter perfectly. I bought this for my granddaughter and it’s just perfect for ducking puddles and splish sploshing about in the fields. And we use it on our cargo bike in the rain. Brilliant.
